Existence is the eternal dance of abstract geometry, flowing and churning with intimate grace through seasons of order and chaos, creating the play of outward expression so that consciousness may observe itself.

A native of North Carolina, I’ve spent more than two decades experimenting with various traditional and non-traditional art forms, including working with oils, acrylics, watercolors, pen, ink, and colored pencil.

Inspired by artists such as Wassily Kandinsky, Piet Mondrian, Frank Lloyd Wright and Joan Miro; I have always been attracted to shapes, symmetry, and the relationship between random objects and lines that come together to form complex structures. I typically have no set idea before I begin an abstract piece. For me the creation the work is a meditative process and the creations seem to build themselves as I go.

My collections through the years have included, but are not limited to, Abstract Geometry, Silhouettes, Paper Dolls, Popademic and Portraits of POP.
